  • Completed and signed attached form

  • Latest financial statements

  • Latest management accounts

  • Company profile (if available)

  • Latest 6 months business bank statements

  • Copy of IDs for all directors

  • CIPC registration document

  • Quote for asset

  • Latest debtors and creditors

  • Cash flow forecast (if available)

Once application has been filled out we require all documentation to be uploaded through the portal below in a single folder or Email / We Transfer to admin@salequipment.co.za
