1. Returns & Exchanges

At SAL Equipment, we stand behind the quality of our products. We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
A proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Electrical components (due to installation risks and potential misuse).
Special order or custom-made items.
Used or installed equipment.
Consumables (e.g., oils, lubricants, filters).

3. Refunds & Processing

If your return is approved, you may receive a replacement, store credit, or refund (depending on the situation).
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide photos of the item and packaging for assessment.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

5. Return Shipping
